THE FOLLOWING ARE CONSIDERED NON-DEFECTIVE AND ARE DEEMED NON-RETURNABLE:

1. INSTALLATION ERRORS: IMPROPER ASSEMBLY, INCOMPLETE ASSEMBLY, INCOMPLETE OR IMPROPER ADJUSTMENT, DEBRIS IN WATER LINES,
NOT INSTALLED PER MANUFACTURER’S INSTRUCTION, OR PRODUCT HAS BEEN MODIFIED
2. DAMAGE: CRACKED, CHIPPED, SCRATCHED OR BROKEN FROM TRANSIT, STORAGE, INSTALLATION, USE OR ACCIDENT
3. MISUSE/ABUSE: ABRASIVE CLEANERS USED. LACK OF CARE AND MAINTENANCE

ALL CREDITS ARE SUBJECT TO RECEIPT AND INSPECTION OF ITEMS.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 90 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE. ALL RMA’S WILL BE CANCELLED AFTER 90 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE
YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 7 DAYS IF PRODUCT IS RECEIVED DAMAGED.
ALL AUTHORIZED RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SIGNED RMA FORM AS A PACKING SLIP: CUSTOMER MUST VERIFY THAT THE PICK
TICKET ACCURATELY AND COMPLETELY REPRESENTS THE ITEMS BEING RETURNED AND THEIR DETAILED REASONS FOR RETURN
ALL RETURNS MUST BE PACKAGED APPROPRIATELY, IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE PRODUCTS AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
AUTHORIZED RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE AND SHIPPING CHARGES.
ITEMS RETURNED THAT WERE NOT PRE-APPROVED ON THE RMA FORM WILL NOT BE AKNOWLEDGED.
DAMAGED BOXES INCUR ADDITIONAL FEES OF $10 PER BOX. DAMAGE INCLUDES STICKERS, MARKINGS, OR TEARS.
SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOMIZED ORDERS (I.E. DRILL HOLES) AND DISCONTINUED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
IF CREDIT IS DENIED AFTER INSPECTION, WE WILL RETURN PRODUCT TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE
